Bulking agents (StarchCap 1500 – corn starch, pregelatinized starch, and isomalt), anti-caking agents (colloidal silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep.
The desired effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime as directed.
For alleviating sleep disturbances (especially when time zones change), the beneficial effect is achieved by taking 0.5 mg of melatonin before sleep on the first day of travel and for several days after arriving at the destination.
The recommended daily dose for adults is 1 tablet before bedtime, taken with a sufficient amount of water.
Melatonin is not intended for individuals under 18 years old.
Possible mild side effects include diarrhea — monitor your condition during the first doses.
Do not exceed the recommended dose: higher intake does not increase effectiveness but may raise the risk of adverse reactions.
