Glycine tablets are used in cases of decreased mental performance, stressful situations, and various functional and organic disorders of the nervous system.
Active ingredient: Glycine – 100 mg.

Stressful situations (e.g. exam periods, conflicts, emotional tension)
Behavioral disorders in children and adolescents
Functional and organic diseases of the nervous system accompanied by increased excitability, emotional instability, reduced mental capacity, and sleep disturbances, such as:
Vegetovascular dystonia
Consequences of neuroinfections and traumatic brain injuries
Various forms of encephalopathy, including perinatal and alcohol-induced
Ischemic stroke
Glycine is used sublingually or transbuccally (tablet or crushed powder form).
For practically healthy children, adolescents, and adults during mental/emotional stress, attention or memory problems, decreased learning ability, developmental delay, or behavioral issues:
1 tablet 2–3 times a day for 14–30 days.
In functional or organic nervous system disorders with increased excitability, emotional instability, and sleep disturbance:
Children over 3 years and adults:
1 tablet 2–3 times daily for 7–14 days.
Treatment may be extended up to 30 days.
Repeated courses can be administered after a 30-day interval if needed.
For sleep disorders:
Take 0.5–1 tablet (depending on age) 20 minutes before sleep or right before bedtime.
For ischemic stroke:
Within 3–6 hours after stroke onset, take 1000 mg sublingually or transbuccally with one teaspoon of water.
For the next 1–5 days, continue with 1000 mg/day, then
1 tablet 2–3 times daily for 14–30 days.
If necessary, treatment courses can be repeated 4–6 times per year.
Store in a dry place, protected from light, at temperatures not exceeding 25°C.
