Severe liver, kidney, or heart failure
Adults:
Daily dose: 120–240 mg (3–6 tablets per day), divided into 2–3 doses
Single dose: 40–80 mg (1–2 tablets)
Children under 12 years:
Use only as recommended by a physician
Children over 6 years:
Daily dose: 80–200 mg (2–5 tablets), divided into 2–5 doses
Single dose: 40 mg (1 tablet)
Children 1–6 years:
Daily dose: 40–120 mg (1–3 tablets), divided into 2–3 doses
Single dose: 20–40 mg (½–1 tablet)
