Amlo-Denk Tablet 5 mg

Composition:

Contains Amlodipine mesylate monohydrate.

Indications:

Used for the treatment of arterial hypertension of non-organic origin, chronic stable angina, exertional angina, and vasospastic (Prinzmetal's) angina.

Contraindications:

Not to be used in patients who are allergic to amlodipine, dihydropyridines, or any other component of the product.
Contraindicated in cases of severe aortic valve stenosis, unstable angina, severe hepatic insufficiency.
Should not be used during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in children.

Dosage and Administration:

1 tablet per day.
The duration of treatment is determined by the physician.

Side Effects:

May include dizziness, drowsiness or insomnia, tinnitus, abdominal pain, nausea.

Drug Interactions:

The antihypertensive effect of Amlo-Denk 5 may be enhanced when combined with other antihypertensive drugs and tricyclic antidepressants.
Co-administration with nitrates may lead to an increased effect on blood pressure and heart rate.
When used with beta-blockers, medical supervision is required due to a potential increase in the antihypertensive effect.
