Ketotifen in children helps reduce allergy signs and calm symptoms, and is taken only according to a doctor's recommendation.
100ml contains:
Ketotifen fumarate – 0.0276g (calculated on 100% substance)
Nipagin – 0.1g
Nipazol – 0.02g
Sorbitol – 40.0g
Citric acid – 0.2g
Phosphate nitrate – 0.6g
Rectified ethyl alcohol – 3.0ml
Aromatic food essence (strawberry) – 0.1g

Ketotifen is indicated for:
Prevention of bronchial asthma attacks
Allergic bronchitis
Asthmatic complications caused by hay fever
Long-term prophylaxis of allergic dermatoses
Adults: 5ml (1 teaspoon) twice daily – in the morning and evening with meals. If necessary, the daily dose may be increased up to 20ml (4 teaspoons), divided into 2 administrations.
Children over 3 years old, weighing more than 25kg: 5ml (1 teaspoon) twice daily
Children under 3 years old: 0.025mg/kg body weight (0.125ml syrup) twice daily
Absolute contraindications to the drug are not known
Pregnancy
Children under 6 months, use during pregnancy is not recommended
